“ Customer Service is stellar! I called Saturday morning and the phone just rang and rang ... so figuring they were super busy, I hung up. Within moments after I hung up, 30 seconds or so, Al's Coney Island staff called me back to ask if they could take an order from me as they missed my call. WHAT??? No restaurant in my 54 years has EVER called me back if I hung up before ordering! Way to go Al's .... your establishment sets the GOLD standard for excellent customer service! And BONUS ... the two BLT sandwiches we ordered were delicious and so affordable... 7.00! ”
“ I had to drive to go get fuel after work and it was around 2 o'clock in the morning and I saw that they were open 24/7. I decided to stop by on my way back home and when I got there there were several vehicles in the line. It did take a long time to finally get my food and I found out why. I felt so bad for the woman at the cash register because she was multitasking so much. It's kind of hard to be upset with someone when they're bombarded with so much to do. I think there were only two people working that night. I couldn't leave without warning them that the vehicle behind me pulled out of line and I knew that that was going to mess up everything. I give them five stars because of her attitude and the fact that she was so overwhelmed by taking New orders and getting payment for the existing orders. Personally I believe they need more staffing because the amount of people that were in line. I don't know if it's like this all the time, but if it is, then they definitely need more people working there. I had the Coney dogs and the seasoned fries and even though they were cold by the time I got back home which wasn't their fault because I live so far away, the food was still very good! I truly hope that whoever owns that restaurant reads this rewards those that were working last night (07/04/2017). ”
